Clarion West Write-A-Thon 2019: Week Five

The UK has been hit with a heatwave, so I’ve not been quite as motivated as getting words down. That didn’t stop me from working on our space opera, I just worked earlier in the morning and later in the evenings. I’ve focused on a slightly different POV character and really tried to get into their head. Considering there’s already something in their head, it’s been fun!

I’ve also been working with my space opera co-writer on world-building for his current novel. While it’s been fun to help him work through the details of his universe, it’s helped me to ensure I have those covered off in our sci fi epic.

I’ll be posting my July roundup in a few days over at my Patreon. If you’re interested or wish to support my writing then please consider becoming a patron.

One more week to go! If you’d like to sponsor me, you can do so here.

I have incentivised rewards but you can just sponsor me for the heck of it if you don’t need an update email. There are also over a hundred and fifty other writers (and counting!) if you’d like to check out other goals and rewards.
